Return Policy

Photo evidence of defective package may be required for verification, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, as soon as we can, whether you are entitled to a refund or a reshipment as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a reshipment or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Shipping Location

We ship your package and issue a tracking number and a shipping label to you from the delivery company. Items offered on our website are only available for delivery and to adults over the age of 18. We ship all packages through Fedex and USPS within USA and DHL and UPS for international order. All orders are vacuum sealed and discreetly packaged

Shipping Time

Average delivery times to most locations are between 1-3 business days, for remote locations 3-5 days depending. So, after product is ship out,  the tracking number will be emailed to the customer. However, the tracking number can be entered on UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx website and will give information on where the package is and when the estimated delivery time will be.
